Duncan James bankrupt
By Aly Barchi | Published on Tuesday 1 October 2013
Blue’s Duncan James has been declared bankrupt. Not morally but legally speaking. And maybe artistically too, though the High Court doesn’t have any specific opinions on that. The singer was listed bankrupt by the London court last month, filing papers under his real name Duncan Inglis.
James may, depending on ticket sales, have a chance to rebuild his fortune on Blue’s forthcoming ‘comeback’ tour, which starts at Nottingham’s Rock City on 13 Oct. Too bad Blue got too ‘big’ to play those ‘Big Reunion’ shows, isn’t it, or perhaps he would have had some cash sooner.
