Club Tip CMU Approved
Approved: Playground at Koko
By Paul Vig | Published on Friday 15 August 2014
Camden’s Koko lets Playground take over this Saturday night with three rather diverse and suitably big names: Mo Wax label head honcho James Lavelle; Derrick May, one of the inventors of what we know as Detroit techno; and also A Guy Called Gerald, protagonist and creator of what we know as drum n bass today, and who sure knows how to rock a party.
Not only that, but there is also Richard Fearless from Death In Vegas, and The Last Magpie will be throwing some beats and pieces into the mix. Not to be missed, I’d say.
Saturday 16 Aug, Koko, 1a Camden High Street, London, NW1 7JE, 10pm – 4am, £13.50, more info here.
