Kylie to part company with Roc Nation
By Chris Cooke | Published on Friday 20 March 2015
Kylie Minogue has parted ways with Roc Nation, who she engaged for management services just two years ago having parted company with her long time manager Terry Blamey.
Gossipers say that Minogue was disappointed with the performance of her most recent album, though was more frustrated that the many sponsorship and endorsement deals discussed when she signed up to the Jay-Z headed music group didn’t really come to fruition.
One of those sources told The Sun: “The deal just didn’t work out for either side and she thinks they didn’t ever understand her as an artist. Her last album was nowhere near as successful as she hoped. She now wants go in a different direction”.
It’s thought she will formally cease working with Roc Nation at the end of the current leg of her ‘Kiss Me Once’ tour.
