Warner Music yesterday announced the appointment of Eliah Seton to the role of President at its label services company ADA Worldwide. Seton move overs to the services unit from Warner’s core label business, where he was SVP International Strategy & Operations.
Based at Warner’s New York HQ, he will continue to report into the mini-major’s President International for Recorded Music, Stu Bergen, who says: “Eliah brings the ideal combination of business savvy, global experience, and a genre-spanning love of music to his new role. He can deliver on multiple fronts for our partners, from strategic innovation to revenue diversification”.
Seton himself added: “I’m looking forward to harnessing our firepower in support of independent music across the globe. So much amazing music is being created today by indie artists, from both established and emerging labels. We are passionate about helping to grow this dynamic and vibrant community. The ADA team is the best in the business, and I want to thank Stu for this wonderful opportunity”.
