Babyshambles part company with drummer
By CMU Editorial | Published on Monday 7 June 2010
Babyshambles have parted company with our favourite of the Babyshamblers, drummer Adam Ficek. Though word has it Team Doherty have persuaded another CMU fave – soon to be former Supergrasser Danny Goffey – to fill in over the summer, which is nice.
A spokesman for the band told NME: “Babyshambles have parted company with drummer Adam Ficek. Currently booked Babyshambles commitments will take place with Danny Goffey of Supergrass filling in on drums”.
Fingers crossed Ficek will now have more time to dedicate to his rather fine solo project Roses Kings Castles.
