CMU Approved
Approved: Jonathan Rado

Jonathan Rado of slightly irritating pop nostalgists Foxygen has shared a new track from his (probably) not-as-irritating new solo LP ‘Law And Order’, which is released via Woodsist on 2 Sep.
With its giddy phrasings, tatty string tableaus and lyrical hippyisms, it’s essentially the same kind of thing Rado’s band practised in this year’s ‘We Are The 21st Century Ambassadors Of Peace And Magic’, but in every way ‘less’ – less foppish, less frilly, less fey).
Which, all in all, makes it a sweeter, easier psychedelic pill to take. And it features twice-Approved CMU fave White Fence on guitar at the end. Just saying.
