Liam Gallagher hires Paul McCartney’s divorce lawyer

Following rumours that Liam Gallagher and former All Saint Nicole Appleton have split, after those reports of him being involved in a paternity lawsuit in the US after allegedly fathering a child with US celebrity writer Liza Ghorbani, it’s now being reported that the Beady Eye man has hired lawyer Fiona Shackleton to handle a divorce. Shackleton also represented Paul McCartney in his divorce from Heather Mills. You can make your own joke up about that. I’m sure you already have.
A source told The Sun: ”Hiring Fiona Shackleton is a huge statement of intent from Liam. Divorce had been mentioned but until now nobody knew he would actually go through with it. Now the wheels are in motion. Nicole will be devastated. Shackleton is one of the best. She is incredibly shrewd in the courtroom. On top of that, she represented Liam’s all-time hero, Paul McCartney. There is every chance this could turn nasty and it looks like Liam will not be giving up his massive fortune easily”.
