Ellie Goulding releasing Children In Need single
By Aly Barchi | Published on Tuesday 8 October 2013
M&S PR girl Ellie Goulding will release this year’s official Children In Need single, her take on The Waterboys’ ‘How Long Will I Love You’. The track, which already features on Goulding’s ‘Halcyon Days’, the repackaged version of her second album, will be available to buy on 10 Nov, with a minimum of 20p going to charity (obvs) for each copy sold/downloaded. The BBC’s Children In Need Appeal show, meanwhile, airs on 15 Nov.
Says Ellie: “I’ve grown up watching BBC Children in Need so it’s fantastic that I’m doing this year’s single! It is an emotional song, but in a really positive way, and I’ve been completely blown away with the positive reaction it’s had already”.
