Approved: Kosmo Kat

Having spent the latter part of 2017 pushing his iivvyy project – a collaboration with Hvns – Kosmo Kat starts 2018 back in solo mode with new track ‘LAE’.
A cracked up house track built on a clipped, circular synth line, ‘LAE’ explores the harder edges of Kosmo Kat’s sound, and seems to have brought with it some influence from Hvns’ work. The producer’s own irresistible style is what rides foremost all over it though, a heavily sliced up vocal sample proving a surprisingly effective hook.
Hopefully this is a sign of more to come from Kosmo Kat. For now, listen to ‘LAE’ here:
