CMU Insights at SPOT+ in Aarhus next week

CMU’s Chris Cooke will be in Aarhus, Denmark next week for the showcase festival SPOT, taking part in two sessions as part of the SPOT+ conference.
Within a strand called ‘Let’s Talk Future’ on Friday 5 May, Chris will provide a speedy overview of the digital music market today, and the platforms and services that dominate, and the ongoing conversations about how new technologies might fit in.
Then, within a strand called ‘Let’s Talk Streaming’ on Saturday 6 May, Chris will provide a speed briefing on how the current music streaming business model works, informing a subsequent conversation about the various proposals that have been made for changing the way digital income is shared out across the music community.
