By Chris Cooke | Published on Tuesday 24 September 2013
Live firm DHP Family has announced the appointment of Ali Mclean to the new role of Head Of Festivals.
Mclean, who worked on last year’s Olympics as well as being Event Manager at various festivals in her native Australia, will be charged with increasing the profitability of DHP Family’s existing festival brands, including Dot To Dot, Hit The Deck and Everywhere, as well as looking for new festival opportunities.
Confirming her new role, Mclean told CMU: “To me the UK has the best festivals in the world, and I wanted in, so I made the move, spent a year working on the biggest event in the world, London 2012, and am extremely excited to be working on plans for new and exciting festivals with DHP Family.
