Eddy bigs up Snowside – new acts added to line up

Xfm’s Eddy Temple Morris has been talking to CMU about Snowside, the brand new Alpine music festival that will take over Nassfield in Austria from 23-29 Mar with an unrivalled programme of gigs, clubs, parties and snow-type activities.
The festival is being co-programmed by Eddy and his Remix team and the guys behind the Secret Garden summer festival, and Metronomy, Shy Child and Vitalic have just been added to a line up that already boasts live sets from Infadels, Kissy Sell Out, Evil 9, A.Human, The Japanese Popstars, Slagsmalsklubben, Man Like Me and Eddy’s own outfit The Losers, plus DJ sets from the likes of James Priestly, DJ Fresh, TC, CTRL Z, Kris Menace, South Central, Qemists, Japanese Popsters, Brookes Brothers, Matrix and Futurebound, Rhysmix, Breakfastaz and Stereo:Type.
Writing in CMU’s sister bulletin the Remix Update, Eddy says: “I am just beside myself with excitement over Snowside festival. I cannot stress how much fun this is going to be, with Secret Graden hooking up with the Remix and all those legends coming out to get drunk and fall over in the snow”.
He continues: “This is a very ’boutique’ experience, exclusive and lovely. It will be a unique opportunity to hang out and spend quality time with some really cool and talented people. The combination of altitude and hot-wine-beverages make for very happy times, and we’ll all be in there together, day and night, drinking, boarding, smoking and joking”.
