Full CMU @ The Great Escape programme now live

The Great Escape

The full programme is now online for all of the CMU activity at this year’s Great Escape, and you can jump inside, browse, digest and delight via this web page. You will all browse, digest and delight, won’t you? But be careful when jumping though. Our insurance doesn’t cover careless jumping around our Great Escape programme.

As much previously reported, this year we present CMU Insights @ The Great Escape, four full-day conference strands where we take the very best of the music conference experience, throw in elements of our training courses and plenty of original research and insights, shake it all up until it’s a smooth blue colour, and then pour. Which was meant to sound enticing. Does it sound enticing? Basically it’s going to be different and enlightening and entertaining.

On top of the CMU Insights strands, Great Escape delegates will also have access to our two keynote sessions – the Where We’re At Keynote and the #VoteForMusic Keynote – plus the CMU:DIY day of talks and discussions for future music talent. Oh, and the latest edition of our Heroes & Villains panel, featuring Dave Rowntree, Annie Nightingale and – given it’s TGE’s tenth anniversary – the festival’s co-founders Martin Elbourne and Jon McIldowie.

This, by the way, all takes place from 14-16 May in Brighton alongside a whole load of other TGE convention goodness not to mention the bloody marvellous Great Escape festival, and if you haven’t got yourself a delegates pass then I suggest you do so now. Because the box in which they sit is very nearly empty, and if you come moaning to me once they’ve all sold out that you didn’t get yourself a pass in time, well, I’ll pretend to be sympathetic, because I’m a nice person, but really I’ll be thinking to myself “idiot”.

So, buy yourself a pass here. Then browse all our TGE events here. And keep an eye on our TGE2015 microsite for some of the insights, ideas and other revelations that come out of the CMU strands and keynotes this year.
