George The Poet joins organ donation campaign

George The Poet is fronting a new NHS campaign to boost the number of registered organ donors in the UK.
The spoken word artist has created a new poem called ‘The Human Story’ to draw attention to the campaign. In it, he explains that adding your name to the register is only part of the process, and that it is important to make your next of kin aware of your wishes too.
