Groove Armada announce final live shows

Dance duo Groove Armada have announced that their upcoming UK and Australian tours will be their last ever performances with a live band. The UK dates take place next month, though many have already sold out.
Confirming the news, Andy Cato and Tom Findlay said in a statement: “We’ve crossed and re-crossed the world with this band and crew. There’s no other team like it. With their help, GA live became the sound of legendary nights from Mount Fuji to Moscow. It’s not often in the spotlight maybe; but ask the people who have come and filled the tents and surrounded the stages for the last decade”.
However, they are not actually hanging up their musical hats just yet, and have also confirmed that “there are big and exciting DJ performance and production plans for 2011”.
