About The Role:
Join our dynamic team at as a creative and motivated Brands Partnerships Manager. In this role, you’ll forge and nurture strategic partnerships with brands and organisations aligned with our values. Secure collaborations that amplify our brand, expand our reach, and support artists and initiatives. Contribute to a female-led, innovative music enterprise.

• Develop and execute brand partnerships strategy aligned with our mission and goals.
• Engage with like-minded brands, fostering meaningful, enduring relationships.
• Negotiate win-win sponsorship deals for visibility, exposure, and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on innovative campaigns.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities for live events, shows, and initiatives.
• Manage contract negotiations and compliance with partners.
• Represent at industry events and seek partnerships.
• Analyse partnership effectiveness and manage the budget.
• Ensure cultural relevance and impact of brand partnerships.

• Experience in brand partnerships, ideally in music, media, or entertainment.
• Proven relationship-building skills with brands and external partners.
• Successful track record of creative, engaging partnership campaigns.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Data-driven mindset for measuring partnership success.
• Collaborative team player with industry knowledge.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
