The Role
We currently have a vacancy for a new Junior Account Manager to be based at our Central London HQ.

We are looking for an outstanding performer who can help us deliver best-in-class social strategies and drive stellar results for our music & entertainment clients. The Junior Account Manager is a full-time member of our team responsible for providing exceptional client services support in planning and executing tasks across various projects and campaigns. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams during the lifetime of assigned projects.

The primary responsibilities of the role include supporting daily an ongoing client services, project management, content planning and creation, and occasional on-site activation support (as needed) for designated campaigns or events. Key Responsibilities
• Liaising directly with clients on a daily basis, helping to build strong relationships and being a source of knowledge, and anticipate their needs
• Understand the overall client business objectives and support your teams to develop impactful strategies
• Working closely and collaboratively with our own account teams as well as clients across a range of accounts, creating and executing creative and innovative social strategies
• Provide support on new business pitches and proposals
• Working with cross functional teams to ensure all of our work is delivered to the highest standard
• Prepare regular reports for clients, including key learnings, insights, analysis and recommendations
• Support junior team members with their learning and growth within the agency
• Support the Project Manager/ Account Lead in delivering the day-to-day client services, as well as participate in bigger-picture strategy and planning activities for the client

We’re looking for someone with…
• 1-2 years’ experience minimum in digital or social within the music / entertainment industry is a must for this role.
• Detailed knowledge of the digital music landscape and industry.
• Laser focused attention to detail and the highest standards that lead to successful campaigns
• A Have a deep understanding of social channels, emerging platforms and communicating with audiences through different mediums. Strong experience in creating TikTok content is a plus!
• A creative mind & a thirst for tracking and finding trends and innovation
• Great relationship building skills across teams both internally and externally
• A passion for culture – to be a part of it, shape it and create it
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for data and the ability to derive insights that improve results
• Ability to be highly organised, working in a fast-paced environment and bring strong time management and project management skills to the team
• Keen interest of upwards progression from their role, both across hard skills and expertise, as well as soft skills and team leadership development
