Michelle Obama backs healthy hip hop LP 4 kids

Michelle Obama is involved in a new hip hop compilation LP featuring Matisyahu, Run DMC’s Darryl McDaniels, Ashanti and Blink 182’s Travis Barker.
Titled ‘Songs For A Healthier America’, its free September release is designed to send a message to kids that they need to exercise and eat right, exactly like Travis.
America’s First Lady, who chairs Partnership For A Healthier America (aka the initiative behind it all) and is the face of the Beyonce-approved Let’s Move! Campaign, will appear in various promotional clips that’ll be shown in schools.
