Ministry Of Sound names new CEO
By Andy Malt | Published on Monday 5 September 2016
Ministry Of Sound has announced former Clear Channel exec Jonathan Bevan as its new CEO, taking on the role from today. His predecessor, Lohan Presencer will become the group’s Chair, replacing founder James Palumbo.
“As Ministry Of Sound approaches its 25th anniversary later this month I couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities for the business”, says Bevan. “There are several new ventures in late stages of development which we will be announcing shortly”.
Presencer adds: “2016 is an exciting year for our business and Jonathan brings an international focus to our ambitious growth plans. I look forward to working closely with him across our current and future businesses”.
The brand’s focus is primarily back on clubbing again, of course, having recently sold its label operation to Sony Music.
