Music Futures line-up revealed
By Chris Cooke | Published on Friday 19 September 2014
Details have been announced about this year’s Music Futures conference, the annual music industry event run by music development agency Generator.
Leading the line-up of industry types speaking is Radio 1 Head Of Music George Ergatoudis, who has been particularly vocal this last year about the role of curation and playlists online, and what it may or may not mean for the album format. And those will be the topics the BBC man will be discussing at Music Futures on 6 Nov.
Also confirmed to speak are BT Head Of Music Chris Price, Domino Recordings Director John Dyer, Sony/ATV A&R Luke McGrellis and Big Scary Monsters founder Kevin Douch, amongst others. Check all the info about the Gateshead event here.
