Music business communications agency Name PR has confirmed the appointment of Kirsty Birkett-Stubbs to the role of Assistant Press Officer. She will support the company’s Press Officer Tom Quillfeldt and founder Sam Shemtob on trade and business accounts, which includes handling corporate PR for Merlin, Proper Music, the CV Group and Kobalt’s Label Services and Neighbouring Rights businesses.
Birkett-Stubbs told CMU: “I’m very pleased to be part of the Name team. PR is all about great communication, and I hope to help enhance their reputation in this area. I’m really looking forward to working more deeply with great clients like Merlin and Cooking Vinyl Group”.
Meanwhile Shemtob added: “It’s great to see this unit growing and Kirsty’s appointment will enhance our work significantly. We’d like to become the destination PR agency for companies in this area”.
