New Prince track goes live

Put down your pens, unplug your phones, close your blinds, postpone that meeting, call your mother, don that new hat, brew a particularly strong cup of tea and have your lawyers on stand-by. Yes, a new Prince track just went live.
Well, technically a new track has just gone live from Prince & 3RDEYEGIRL, the latter bit of the equation being guitarist Donna Grantis, bassist Ida Nielsen and drummer Hannah Ford Welton. The track is called ‘PRETZELBODYLOGIC’ and is a taster for the new P&3EG long player ‘PLECTRUMELECTRUM’.
Generous as ever, Prince is letting you stream a whole two minutes of the track on YouTube, though for the real deal you need to head over to iTunes and part with some pennies.
As previously reported, later today Prince will address the nation from Lianne La Havas’s lounge to announce some UK gigs. Hurrah.
