Papa Roach sued by ex-drummer
By CMU Editorial | Published on Monday 15 December 2008
Californian rock band Papa Roach – remember them? – well, they’re being sued by their former drummer, who was kicked out of the band at the end of 2007. Although founding member Dave Buckner is no longer in the band, he is still a partner in various companies he and his bandmates founded to manage their business affairs.
In his lawsuit, Buckner claims he has been excluded from important decisions and transactions in relation to those companies, including his share of the profits. According to TMZ.com he wants the courts to dissolve the companies and award him his share of profits plus damages. The rest of the band are yet to respond.
