By CMU Editorial | Published on Thursday 18 December 2008
Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi is suing Live Nation for trademark infringement. In the complaint, filed at the US District Court in New York on Tuesday, Iommi alleges that Signatures Network, a merchandising company purchased by Live Nation in 2007, has continued to sell items featuring images of the band and their trademarked logo after the expiration of a licensing agreement.
