School Of Seven Bells become a duo

CMU favourites School Of Seven Bells have announced the departure of vocalist Claudia Deheza, citing “personal reasons” for the split. Her identical twin sister and guitarist Benjamin Curtis will continue to perform together as a duo.
A statement posted on the band’s Facebook page reads: “We just wanted to let you all know that Claudia has left the band for personal reasons. In the meantime, we are excited to continue to write and tour as usual, and we’re very much looking forward to seeing you all at our upcoming shows”.
So, that’s sad. The Deheza twins’ harmonies were always very impressive both on record and live, and Claudia’s absence will undoubtedly change the dynamics of the band hugely. Let’s console ourselves with Benjamin Curtis’ Powers Of Ten playlist:
