Sean Parker invests in gig discovery app WillCall

Gig discovery app WillCall has announced that it has raised a new round of funding to the tune of $1.2 million, with new backers including Red Light Management founder Coran Capshaw, music business veteran Bruce Flohr, and that Sean Parker guy.
In a blog post, WillCall co-founder Donnie Dinch said: “It’s important to us that our investors are as passionate about innovating the live music industry as we are, and we don’t mind admitting that we’re awfully impressed with this bunch. There aren’t many people with visibility into the nuances of both the music and technology communities, and we’re thrilled to have access to the collective wisdom, insight, and perspective of this group of music industry titans”.
Also, although he doesn’t mention it, I imagine their money is quite nice too.
