Spotify adds playlist browser to mobile apps
By Andy Malt | Published on Tuesday 6 August 2013
Spotify has added a new playlist browsing function to its iOS and Android mobile apps, which will attempt to recommend you a playlist to suit the mood or situation you’re in.
The new feature is being rolled out to all premium users over the next few weeks. I haven’t got it in mine yet, so I have no idea if it works. I have just noticed that the existing Discover tab has recommended that I listen to Atomic Kitten though, so that’ll have to do.
Elsewhere in Spotify update news, the company has begun rolling out an updated inbox design in its web app. I haven’t got that on my account either, so FUCK I don’t even know why I bother.
