Whitney sued by stepmother

According to reports, Whitney Houston is being sued by her stepmother over the wishes of her late father John Houston.
Barbara Houston claims that Whitney kept the proceeds of his $723,000 insurance policy following his death in 2003, when she was in fact supposed to pay off the mortgage on the condominium where her stepmother still lives, and hand over the remaining money.
No comment from Whitney’s people on the matter.
