Wilful Publicity announces promotions and new hire

Music PR agency Wilful Publicity has announced a new structure for its team as the company prepares to kick 2018 in the back of the knees.
Chris Dean is promoted to Head Of Press, David Sullivan becomes Senior Publicist, and Jenni Vodden moves up to Publicist. This leaves space for Tom Dimmock to join from Warner Music in Vodden’s previous role of Junior Publicist.
Says Wilful MD, former EMI and Warner PR man William Luff: “In the four years since I launched Wilful Publicity, I have been excited and privileged to build a fantastic team of publicists who consistently go above and beyond in their commitment to our artists and clients”.
“Our roster is one of the most varied and dynamic in music, encompassing artists from household names on major labels to brand new musicians working independently, across many different genres in the recorded and live music arenas”, he continues.
“With the landscape of both the music press and music industry constantly evolving, the attendant needs of clients for meaningful profile across a wide range of online publications and the ever-more competitive world of print press is increasing exponentially. As we expand into 2018 this restructure ensures we’re fully charged and prepared for the exciting year ahead”.
Wilful clients include divisions of all three majors, Cooking Vinyl, Raw Power Management, and artists such as Iron Maiden, Corinne Bailey Rae, Prophets Of Rage and Conor Maynard.
